How to Install the University of Arizona Cisco VPN Client for Windows.

1.) First you must be connected to the internet

2.) Next you will need to download The University of Arizona Cisco VPN Client from https://sitelicense.arizona.edu/vpn/

a.) Click the hyperlink above then click the [Download VPN Software/Docs] button.

b.) Fill out your information and click submit.

c.) Click on UofA-win-4.exe link under Authentication Download.

d.) You will need to enter your UA Net-ID and password.

e.) Choose Save-As option on your browser, and save the installer to your desktop.

3.) Install Cisco VPN by double clicking on UofA-win-4 on your desktop.

a.) The installation should proceed automatically, a prompt may appear, if so click on Continue Anyway.

b.) Windows will ask you to restart, click yes. Be sure to bookmark or remember the location of this page before clicking finish.

4.) Create a University of Arizona Cisco VPN shortcut to your desktop.

a.) Click on Start then Program Files then University of Arizona VPN Client.

b.) Right Click on VPN Dialer and click copy.

c.) Right click on your desktop and click paste.
