Declaring or Changing Your Major

  • How do I change or declare my Major?

If you are changing majors within the same college, you will need to meet with the departmental advisor of your new major, have him/her sign your R-10 form (available at the Freshman Year Center-102 Bear Down Gym or the Office of Academic Services-347 Modern Languages) and turn it into your Dean's Office. Freshmen who are changing to majors in the Colleges of Science, Humanities, Social & Behavioral Sciences or the University College should take the R-10 form to the Freshman Year Center. (FYC)
