With more than 45 years of experience in international trade, development, communication and investment, Alberto Piña Moore has led and directed successful regional ventures in North and South America, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. He has been a resident of Tucson Arizona since 1956 and is the Principal Managing Partner of VM International Consultants & Associates, a mining and exploration consulting firm; Vice President, Corporate and Director of Mayo Gold Exploration Ltd.; President of the Enterprise & Land-Bridge Logistics Consulting Firm LLC (TELCO).
Alberto currently serves as the Director and Officer of the Rio Nuevo Multipurpose Facilities District Board. He was appointed by the Governor of Arizona, Jan Brewer. Alberto is a consultant to foreign companies and governments, and advisor to U.S. Congressional and Executive Branch bodies. He was a founder and chairman of the Sunbelt World Trade Association, a founder of the Nanjing-American University Foundation, the Nanjing American University, LLC., as well as Nanjing International University (NIU). Alberto is presently a member of Rio Nuevo Multipurpose Facilities District, appointed by Gov. Brewer.
