Rowene Aguirre-Medina is a founding partner of Polydrive Industries, a firm which manufactures precision urethane products. She serves as the corporation’s financial officer.
Rowene is a graduate of the University of Arizona, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, with a major in speech communication/secondary education and a minor in history.
Rowene funds the Mary Bernard Aguirre Professorship in the Department of Gender and Women’s Studies. Her lifelong avocation has been working for equity and education for women and girls. She and her husband, Roy Medina, also a University of Arizona graduate, live in Gold Canyon, Arizona.
