Brianna Velador is a sophomore from Tucson, Arizona who is studying Law and Spanish. One of her most memorable experiences at the U of A include being part of the Destino Movement and Cru at the U of A. She also volunteers around Tucson, including at the Awana Children’s Program where she is the secretary, her church, and at the Sunnyside Children’s Garden. Brianna enjoys helping others in her community, and hopes to continue this path through a career in the public administration sector. Her hope is to one day work for the federal government in Washington DC. In her free time, Brianna enjoys cooking Mexican food, baking chocolate chip cookies, hiking with her dog at Saguaro National Park, and listening to various genres of music that is in Spanish.
