I obtained my undergraduate degree from The University of Arizona, in Tucson, Arizona and my Masters of Counseling from Regis University, in Denver, Colorado. My therapeutic focus is on helping people navigate through transitions of life with a renewed sense of hope. I utilize strength-based modalities to support individuals with adjusting to life changes, grief, loss, depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, and self-worth. I believe counseling should be a place for individuals to feel safe, heard, understood, and supported. I value the therapeutic relationship and recognize the fundamental element this plays with laying the foundation to create a healthy therapeutic experience. I focus on creating a non-judgmental space that creates awareness and allows individuals to work towards making changes in order to improve the relationship with themselves, and others.
