Recruitment Coordinator, Online Programs
Tavia Szostek is the Recruitment Coordinator for all online, transfer and graduate programs in the College of Social and Behavioral Sciences. She is also the advisor for the online SBS Student Ambassadors. As a first generation college graduate, she earned both her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and her Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University. She brings over 8 years of recruitment, enrollment and community engagement experience in higher education. Tavia is dedicated to providing prospective SBS students with personalized support, one-on-one guidance and accessible resources while they navigate the application and admissions process.
