Yolanda is a sophomore from Tucson, AZ majoring in Information Science and Technology with minors in Spanish and e-Society. Some of her favorite experiences outside of class have been being a sunday school teacher at her church, an intern with the New Start+ Summer Program, participant in Blue Chip, and Peer Advising incoming freshmen during the summer. Being a part of all of these programs has allowed her to make so many connections, given her friends of a lifetime, and impact the lives of others. These experiences have helped her become the person she is today, and developed her social, communication, and time management skills. In her spare time, Yolanda likes to watch movies, spend time with friends, eat good food, and nap.
