Honors Recognition, Open House 2024

2024 Honors Recognition Celebration

Each fall, we honor students who have had outstanding academic achievement in the previous academic year at our Honors Recognition Open House. The invitation to the award recipients will be sent out in September.

Students can stop by the Douglass Building to pick up their Honors cord and meet Amy C. Kimme Hea, the senior associate dean of academic affairs and student success. Enjoy a treat at our candy and snack cart (first come, first served.) Photo opportunities abound! Family members are welcome. (Limit four guests per student). Students must bring their CatCard to receive their cord.

Your Honors designation is also listed on your official University of Arizona transcript.

Please review the university catalog's Academic Honors policy for criteria and more information.

You should double check the criteria, including graded units taken. Reach out to your Academic Advisor for further assistance in determining your eligibility.
