Grade Appeals – Please follow the process outlined by the Office of the Registrar. If your appeal requires review by the Dean’s Office, the contact is Anna Valencia for Dr. Amy Kimme Hea, SBS Senior Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Student Success.
Academic Integrity Appeals – Contact Anna Valencia for Dr. Rachael Ronald, SBS Assistant Dean for Academic Affairs and Student Success.
Dean’s Excuses – Note that excused absences are only provided for university-sponsored events/activities for academic, non-academic, and recognized student organizations. Please refer to the Dean of Students’ Attendance Policies and Practices. Should an excuse require an SBS’s dean’s signature, contact Anna Valencia for Dr. Rachael Ronald, SBS Assistant Dean for Academic Affairs and Student Success
General Petitions, Late Withdrawals, Extensions for Incomplete Courses, or Change of Major – Contact Allison Ewing-Cooper, Director of Academic Advising & Student Success. Dr. Ewing-Cooper is authorized to sign petition forms that require a “Dean’s Signature”
