Congratulations, Admitted Students!

Caroline Keller, a junior double-majoring in anthropology and history with minors in French and geographic information system technology, is an SBS Ambassador. Caroline interned at the Arizona State Museum and participated in an archaeological dig with the Arizona Sicily Project. She has presented research at the Undergraduate Research and Creative Activity Showcase and the Arizona State Museum BARA symposium. “The professors are engaged in fascinating work around the world, and they are approachable, supportive and dedicated. If you have a particular interest, they are more than willing to help you develop it and guide you toward your goals.”

Recent graduate Leticia Maoudonodji, a double major in political science and global studies, was the conference coordinator for the University of Arizona Model United Nations student club, president of the African Student Association, and served as the secretary for the Poets of Tucson. She was also an international development associate intern at USAID’s Partnership Incubator in Washington, D.C. After completing a public relations internships in Barcelona, Leticia plans to pursue a master’s degree in foreign service and take the U.S. State Department’s Foreign Service Officer exam.

Recent graduate Lucas Contreras graduated with a major in environmental studies and minors in law and Spanish. Lucas – who faced serious health challenges while in college – interned with then-Representative Ruben Gallego's office and the School Garden Workshop (in addition to his many volunteer activities)! Luca also had leadership roles in Omega Delta Phi Multicultural Service/Social Fraternity and the United Sorority and Fraternity Council. After graduation, Lucas plans to attend law school and study environmental science.
