Anna Valencia

Anna Valencia serves as the administrative associate for the Academic Affairs & Student Success team in the College of Social & Behavioral Sciences. Anna provides support to the Senior Associate Dean, Amy Kimme Hea, assisting with calendaring, academic integrity, Graduate Council, travel reimbursement, and other administrative duties. She is also the SBS point of contact for several common student inquires.

Anna is a proud University of Arizona alumna. She graduated from SBS with a degree in Global Studies, and a minor in History. After completing her undergraduate degree, she worked at the U of A Foundation, supporting the Senior Vice President for Principal Giving, and working on high-level philanthropic projects. Additionally, Anna has previous experience in K-12 education.

Anna is a born and raised Tucsonan, dog mom, sports fanatic, and nature enthusiast. She enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and appreciating the beautiful landscape of Tucson.
