The rotating TVs outside most SBS buildings may be controlled by editing Digital Signage content. If you need help adding Digital Signage, please submit a ticket via Ticketdog.
Add a New Signage
- Sign into the site.
- Choose Manage, then Content, from the black Admin Menu.
- Click on the Digital Signage. If you don't see it, you might not have permissions and may need to submit a ticket.
- Add a descriptive title to your sign slide. This may be used to find and edit existing slides.
- There is a "Body" text editor. For images and the slideshows, you can ignore this field.
- Next is the Display Period.
- In the first row, set the "From" period when you want the display to start. Typically, this is set to today or now.
- In the second row, set the "To" period when you want the display to stop. We recommend a minimum display period of at least two weeks, but this can be set to any number of time you want.
- Next, select your Graphic. The image must be at a large display resolution, at 1920x1080 pixels (landscape orientation). Be sure to edit the photo to the correct dimensions or resolution.
- Save, and test.
- It may take a few hours for the signage to show up in the signage.
