Hello! My name is Candice Reinhardt, and I am the advisor for the Philosophy and PPEL majors in the College of Social & Behavioral Sciences (SBS). Previously,  I was a K-12 Social Studies teacher and administrator for 12 years.  I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education from the University of Arizona and my Master’s of Education in Educational Leadership from Grand Canyon University. 

As an advisor, my goal is to support students throughout their academic journeys with compassion and integrity. I am deeply passionate about helping students navigate higher education and accessing their own potential. My hope is that students will leave their advising appointment feeling empowered and ready for success! During my free time, I love to get outside with my family by camping, hiking, and kayaking. I also enjoy reading and I have a particular affinity for historical biographies.  I look forward to supporting you!
