Sydney Parker

Sydney Parker is a Global Studies major with a minor in Chinese in her junior year at the University of Arizona. She is an active member of the Panhellenic community and has a long history of leadership and service, including previously serving as President of the National Charity League. Sydney is passionate about cross-cultural communication and hopes to build a career that brings together global engagement, language, and community impact. She has a professional background in hospitality, retail, and e-commerce, strengthening her skills in customer service and communication. Outside of academics, Sydney loves to explore culture and language-especially through international travel- and continues to stay actively involved in community service. Sydney values the SBS community's collaborative, supportive environment and the multitude of ideas it brings together. She aims to use her SBS Ambassadorship to help her fellow students feel connected, informed, and confident as they pursue their academic goals. A few of Sydney's interests include learning languages, exploring new cuisines, and spending time by the ocean.
