Journalism on Screen: 'ANTHROPOCENE'

Journalism on Screen, the school's film series at The Loft Cinema, will host the premiere of "ANTHROPOCENE: The Human Epoch," a documentary on humanity’s massive reengineering of the planet, followed by a Q&A with New York Times science writer Jim Robbins, the University of Arizona Tree Ring Lab and moderater Susan Swanberg of the UA School of Journalism.

The film — by the team of Jennifer Baichwal, Nicholas de Pencier and Edward Burtynsky — is the third in a trilogy that includes Manufactured Landscapes (2006) and Watermark (2013) and follows the research of an international body of scientists. Trailer
