Julia Padilla is a senior at the University of Arizona, studying History and Anthropology. She is involved in the National History Honor Society, the History Club, the Dolce Vita Italian Club, and the School of Social & Behavioral Sciences Ambassadors program. She has long been fascinated by the history of art, culture, and daily life, and loves to devote time to the study and observation of historical society and culture. She is also passionate about archival work and has been involved in archival efforts at the Arizona State Museum, and recently completed an internship at Marsh’s Library in Dublin, Ireland. Her goals are to further pursue a career in either archival work or historical and cultural education. Outside of school, she loves reading, attending concerts, traveling, and caring for animals.
