Victoria Souksavath serves as Program Manager for the Academic Affairs & Student Success team in the College of Social & Behavioral Sciences. In her role, Victoria trains and onboards new program coordinators, organizes workshops for continued learning, and works closely with the Director of Curriculum & Enrollment Management to facilitate curriculum updates and changes.   

Victoria earned her Public Policy and Management degree with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Arizona. After graduation, she stayed at the University and transitioned from student to Financial Aid Counselor at the Office of Scholarships & Financial Aid.
