Ginny has worked for the University of Arizona's College of Social and Behavioral Sciences since 2001. In her position she manages the development operations for the College which include donor and alumni relations. With her development team, the Dean, and faculty she has helped to raise over $70 million in donation investments, estate gifts, and real estate. Prior to her development career worked as a political organizer for United States presidential campaigns. Early in her career she worked in Washington, D.C. for a non-profit and for a former United States Senator from Arizona. She is active in the Tucson community serving as past chair and honorary hostess for the Silver & Turquoise Board of Hostesses. She serves on the board of St. Michael's Parish Day School and she is an honorary member of National Charity League-Tucson Chapter.

The Office of Development in the College of Social and Behavioral Sciences continues to work toward a donor centered operation developing private support and building relationships through the Magellan Circle, the Downtown Lecture Series, special events, recognizing our donors through awards and our donor magazine - Developments. As a land-grant institution we pride ourselves on creating partnerships with our donors so that their investment is a collaboration of ideas, innovation, and community engagement benefiting not only the University of Arizona but our city, our state, our country and our world.
